2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the Services require registration.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information

  • maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • notify CANGRO immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Services integrate with third-party platforms and services, including those provided by Zoom Video Communications and other technology providers.

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.

CANGRO does not control and is not responsible for:

  • the availability of third-party services

  • changes to third-party APIs or integrations

  • the data processing practices of those services

If a third-party provider modifies or restricts access to its platform, certain features of the Services may no longer function.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • violate any law or regulation

  • infringe intellectual property rights

  • harass, abuse, or harm other individuals

  • distribute unlawful or harmful content

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data

  • interfere with the security or operation of the Services

CANGRO may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Outputs

The Services may generate automated responses, actions, summaries, communications, or recommendations using artificial intelligence.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate

  • automated responses may require human review

  • CANGRO does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

7. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of any data, communications, or content that you provide through the Services.

By using the Services, you grant CANGRO a limited licence to:

  • process

  • store

  • transmit

  • analyse

such data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit such data.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Services, including software, code, design, trademarks, documentation, and technology, are owned by or licensed to CANGRO.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • reverse engineer the software

  • reproduce or distribute the platform

  • create derivative works of the Services

9. Service Availability

CANGRO aims to provide reliable access to the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

  • scheduled maintenance

  • infrastructure issues

  • third-party service disruptions

  • network outages

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CANGRO will not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • loss of profits or revenue

  • loss of data

  • business interruption

arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CANGRO from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Services

  • violation of these Terms

  • infringement of third-party rights

12. Termination

CANGRO may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are breached.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Changes to the Terms

CANGRO may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
